Enterprise qualifications: Used car export enterprises must be registered in China and have independent legal person status. Enterprise types include production enterprises and distribution enterprises. Production enterprises must be included in the "Announcement on Road Motor Vehicle Production Enterprises and Products", and the exported products must be produced by the enterprise itself. Distribution enterprises must have a fixed business location and automobile sales experience, as well as the ability to identify and evaluate used cars, and employ at least 3 professionals.
Export license: Enterprises must apply for an export license, which is a necessary step before exporting. Application materials include export license application form, export contract, motor vehicle registration certificate, product test report, etc.
Legal operation: Enterprises must operate legally and in accordance with regulations, and comply with relevant laws and regulations such as production safety, environmental protection, taxation, customs and foreign exchange management.
Other requirements: Enterprises must submit application materials for used car export business through the "United Platform of the Ministry of Commerce Business System", and can only conduct used car export business after review by the provincial-level commerce authorities in their location. In addition, the export of used cars is not subject to export tariffs, but a market access declaration is required to ensure that the vehicle meets the access standards of the target market.
